tanith, I was once really cross puzzled when my perfectly normal word alpen wasn’t accepted. Till I suddenly realised the word I was thinking of was alpine, and I was going for the breakfast cereal.

We all have those kind of days tanith, I say I have my Worzel Gummidge head on.

I ve only come across one American spelling so far which was right at the start of this thread

I failed today for the first time - I had the last four letters sorted by my fourth attempt but ran out of goes before getting the correct first letter!

3 today seem to be lucky with my first word guess.

But twice now I’ve put in a word spelled correctly but when I enter it it flashes up not in the word list, what does that mean? Anyone explain?

Only American spellings and words I think.tanith
