Good morning from dark, chilly East Yorkshire.
Hope your appt goes well today Mick

Had quite a nice relaxing day yesterday. I managed a walk and chided myself for not doing it more often ( as I did in the 1st lockdown) having a very pleasant area and views on the doorstep.

Housework catch up for me today too. Might make soup as well from the veg that need to be used up.

Brook hope you are enjoying your stay in Dawlish. It’s years since I was last there but you’ve whetted my appetite to return. I’d love to take GS with us - he would love it there.

Take care everyone.

Good morning all. It's currently 5° in my part of Derbyshire with plenty of sunshine forecast.

Hope it all goes well at the hospital today Mick

This week's project is to chalk paint a Stag dresser to give it a lighter, fresher look. Hopefully I'll have enough paint to finish the job.

Hope everyone has a good day today.

Good morning all from a dry, but cold S Hants.
Ouch Mick, that sounds painful.
I hope your DD1 recovers soon Ash, what a worry for you at a distance too.
Another one here Oops on housework today. We had a lovely lunch out with friends yesterday, so no leftovers for today, maybe a frittata for dinner.
Have a pleasant day all catching a ?or ??.

Good morning from a dark and chilly Essex by the sea.
We had a very nice Sunday lunch at a new to us pub yesterday.
DH is going with a friend to check over another boat this morning. I have no plans apart from housework.
I hope you all have a marvellous Monday xx

Good Morning all from East Staffordshire where it is still dark but mild.
Goodness Mick it sounds like you have been through the wars. I hope you get sorted today.
My tree planting went well with lots of volunteers, only now are people coming out of the woodwork on FB asking why I am doing it!! “Please keep up people”?
Off to work shortly for a full day at work for the first time this year. Take care everyone and stay safe today ❤️

Good Morning early birds from a chilly (-0.1) south coast. I think we are promised sunshine later though and hopefully it warms up a bit.

Sorry to hear about your DD Ash - must be a constant worry for you. The medics are obviously keeping a close eye on her so all you can do is trust them to look after her. Not easy being so far away.

Mattie your DH might surprise you and be a ray of sunshine today ! (and pigs might fly?) Men can be so grumpy and we ladies seldom are as we were taught be our Mums not to be.wink
Pant I am sure your fizzog is perfect without being amended! Enjoy your pondering day. Maybe join me in making a to do list - then ignore it!

Nothing so far on my agenda for today but I might persuade DH to do some garden tidying and supervise that! grin

Good luck with your ear Mick. Hope the hospital sort it for you We don't want you looking like VanGogh!

Have the best day you can everyone. sunshine

Good morning from the Sefton coast where, in the darkness, there are plenty of birds singing and I am enjoying a mug of hot milk. I like an early start - the washing machine is already working its magic.
Great news that numbers of cases are reducing. DS2 continues to test positive but tells us he is symptom-free. We have a face-to-face appointment at the bank tomorrow but are hoping to rearrange with a zoom meeting.
Sending warm wishes to Mick and all who follow.

Hope you get sorted today Mick. Good morning all. We are going with a U3A group on a walk up Blake Fell near Loweswater . It is a fell we have never walked on before so looking forward to it. Hope everyone has a peaceful day.

Good morning Mick and all who follow from a dark, but clear skys Oxfordshire.
Goodness Mick you did some damage didn’t you? I hope it isn’t too painful, although I suspect you are pretty sore, hopefully you will be sorted out very soon.
Just a housework and laundry day today, I must replenish my supplies of bird food, they are rattling through the seed, nuts and suet balls, far too heavy to carry so it will be an online shop.
Have a good day everyone, with hugs for those who aren’t so chipper.

Good morning, Mick and other early risers from a chilly but dry Torbay.

Good luck with your appointment, Mick; it sounds as if you’re having good after care.

DD1 in Australia says the pain from the pericarditis has been worse today so blood tests are being done with the possibility of admission to hospital. She’s facing this alone as her DH and DS are on holiday in Brisbane, where there was a tsunami warning at the w/e, due to the volcanic eruption on Tonga.

In happier news, DGD barely knows she has Covid but will be at home for a few days with DSiL, who routinely works from home. Also, DH will receive his booster vaccination today in France.

Wishing you all a gentle start to the week. ?????

Morning Mick and all who follow from dry dark and quiet north Wales where I’m enjoying the chamberpot ☕️ and pondering on what’s to keep me busy today....?

Hope you get sorted at hospital Mick without too much hanging around - I’m taking Mr PG to two separate appointments in the next 10 days and shan’t be able to go in with him - I’ll have to wander round The Range.....eat your heart out Miss Marydoll ?

Might do some titivating of the fizog - my eyebrows and lashes need tinting and maybe a miracle facial (there’s a misnomer ? they never work)

Kind thoughts to those not having a great time at the moment - may something good come your way soon ?

Good morning from a moonlit EcKent.
Oh dear, Mick, I hope your ear wasn’t too painful and that your hospital appointment goes well. ?
DH has his hormone injection at midday today. It usually makes him a bit scratchy, but since he is rather difficult at the moment, it won’t be much change.
Cold chicken with th3 leftover veggies tonight, then at least another couple of meals.
Hope that people enjoyed their weekend and that this week brings nuggets of joy. Carpe. ??????☀️☀️?

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but dry here in brackley this morning.
Some of my dressing has come off when I had my rugby shirt removed last night , hoping to get it temporary fixed .
I have a hospital appointment as to my ear at the Nuffield in Oxford today as to glueing or plastic surgery?
Take Care,
Mick
