Discussion on TV surrounding Prince Charles and his covid diagnosis and whether as he saw his mother couple of days ago, should the Palace keep the public informed?

Agreed as well.

Even when she dies it won't affect the vast majority of the population. Let's hope there's not some long drawn out mawkish coverage on the media.

Oh yes, perish the thought that after 70 years on the throne, an historic reign in every sense of the word, we should just carry on as though nothing has happened.

If it’s anything like the death of the DofE, there might be huge coverage, but the funeral would take place quite swiftly, then things would carry on, albeit differently.

She will be sorely missed, by many.

Absolutely not.

If she wants us to know then we should be told, but if she doesn’t then it should be kept private. Should be her decision not ours

Is she interested in my health? No, I thought not. I'm not in the slightest bit interested in her health. End of story.

No I don't think we should be told, she's entitled to what little privacy she has.

MissChateline I totally agree. I'm no more interested in her than in any other elderly woman I don't know. I hope when she dies it is peaceful but I would wish that on everyone.
