Anyone experienced any good April Fools today or in the past? The spaghetti growing trees still gets a mention. I only saw a brief one on Morning Live.

the AprilFools tradition.........i found this!
.....................................

April Fools’ Day spread throughout Britain during the 18th century. In Scotland, the tradition became a two-day event, starting with “hunting the gowk,” in which people were sent on phony errands (gowk is a word for cuckoo bird, a symbol for fool) and followed by Tailie Day, which involved pranks played on people’s derrieres, such as pinning fake tails or “kick me” signs on them.

Years ago on April 1st The Guardian published a long article about the pacific island of San Serif. It was very detailed.

I was fascinated never having heard of it before.

It wasn't until I read the Reader's letters section next day where there were several appreciative comments on the joke that I fell in.
