Cornergran my DH really needs a hearing test but he can’t get round to booking it and he goes especially deaf when he gets a mask on. He’s either a bit mutton or he doesn’t listen to me not sure which.

Soop trying to get hold of anyone Dr and hospital wise is difficult at the moment. With your breast x Ray you have to think no news is good news?
For the last few months when I try to order my repeat prescription it keeps saying I need a review. Well of course there are no reviews at the moment so they just give me the two months anyway! Things really need to change.

Mr Soop had a phone call from a Glasgow hospital this morning. He has an appointment in three and a bit weeks time. Could mean that the cataract removals will follow soon thereafter.

Jax Shepton Mallet is a delightful town. We have fond memories of visits that we made many years ago.

Shazza , Like brook, we have also spent happy visits (long ago) to delightful Beverly. At the time, we had relatives living in Yorkshire. They have since moved to Australia.

The sun continues to shine. I continue to paint the wee terrier portrait. So far, so good.

Well over a month ago, I had my remaining breast x-rayed. No result to date. I rang the nurse at the hospital and she had left a message on her answering machine asking callers to leave a message, which I did earlier today.
I then called the GP's prescription number to put in a request for meds. The answer machine there notified me that the tape is full and cannot take further requests for the time being. I am perplexed. Hey ho!

I shall make Mr Soop a well deserved . He has made a fine job of tidying the garden.

I’m feeling very sad today.My DDL’s father is very poorly not responding and so confused so very sad,then yesterday my aunt died after having dementia for 8 years what a wicked horrible disease it is.

Good afternoon kitcheners. I have an unexpected visitor in the form of dgs1. I was at dd waiting for a repair man and dgs1 was determined to come back with me so here we both are! I've fed him lots and he's playing with trains and quite happy. I'm roasting a chicken in the slow cooker and it seems to be successful so far.

Good morning everyone! Muse I think you and DH deserve a break - enjoy yourselves. Urms will be in her happy place by now.
I think I am improving and DH is just a bit behind me. I will test in a day or so. I have had the washing machine hard at work and now I need to get the iron out. It will be a bit at a time. Also need to plant some veg seeds but that may be a step too far today.

Must press on. Mr C has finally got a hearing test appointment, you have no idea how delighted I am about that. While we’re out I’ll get my reading glasses adjusted. Far too tight so I’m avoiding wearing them. Later on there are clothes to sort and admin with my name on it. Good job the sun isn’t shining or no admin would be done .

Vanish hasn't quite lived up to its name unfortunately. I'm very annoyed at myself. The oven will have to wait til Thursday as I have things on til then. Fortunately I have a slow cooker so I'll be trying a slow cooker roast chicken tomorrow. Oh well, as they say, no-one was hurt. (Trying very hard to be pragmatic)

A nippy wind here today in the shade, but dried the bedding speedy quick in the sun. I took 9 days to test -ve Nannytopsy thé weariness hung on for just a few days afterwards, hope you’re both soon fighting fit.

It’s lovely to hear of your trips, we had to cancel our trip to Royal Tunbridge Wells, my covid, so we’re off to Shepton Mallet for a few days next month, a new place to explore.

A lovely sunset Soop. It's been quite sunny here this afternoon Brook, but has clouded over now. My afternoon has ended in disaster. My oven has broken down and I made chilli tacos which I managed to spill all over the living room rug and the footstool and a pair of shoes and my trousers. What a mess!

We were invited into our neighbour's home for coffee this morning and stayed a long, long time. Non-stop blether!

This afternoon, I've been preparing the terrier portrait. I also watched a little snooker. After which, I joined Mr Soop for tea in the sunshine. Which means, I'm running late and haven't caught up with happenings in the kitchen. Please forgive me. I shall do better tomorrow.

Lots of holiday comings and goings in the kitchen. My bag is packed but MrM is still contemplating what footwear he needs. This time tomorrow we will be on a small boat heading for Bryher.

We had one poorly dog yesterday but she seems settled today. The couple looking after her whilst we are away know her well but it is her first time she will have bordered with them over night. They have two dogs of their own, so she will have much fun.

Very pleased to hear the gout has cleared Blossoming.

Our dose of covid lasted just over a week Nannytopsy with the first few days being the worst. As you said it's the lethargy that lingers. Hope you're both soon testing -ive.
