To all of you putting up with horrid things - my sympathies.
I have had my share of those too, and I wish you all good things instead.
As for my own personal heaven, well I agree with so many of these. Getting lost in a good book or film while curled up in a warm place I think.
Someone telling me I'd lost weight comes pretty near the top too, as does sinking my teeth into a piece of the carrot cake from Delia Smith's Food Aid book.
I have a memory of my mum sitting like a contented cat watching all her brood ( her chicks as she used to call us )_
laughing whilst preparing a barbecue in her garden. I got a feeling of pure happiness from her at that moment.
