Awake here.
I fell asleep earlier and of course, am now doomed to staying wide awake until it's time to get up

This is my regular awake time 2 a.m to 5 ish unless I take sleeping pill which I am allowed but reluctant.

Last chemo today.

1-5 is my likely time of sleeplessness. But I've been lucky recently. I don't like taking pills, makes me groggy next day. So I take sparingly. Now going to try magnesium spray and lavender on pillow.

This am I’m awake-with Tom Paxton songs running through my head. That’s a blast from the past. Perhaps I should try Brahms Lullaby. Nerdle here I come.

I've been awake for at least an hour and a half only just found this post. I too complete Wordle and Quordle at weird times of the "night" morning.

Is anyone motivated to get up early? I think I like being in bed far too much.

Currently taking a zopiclone sleeping pill every night due to surgery but still wake time is anything and everything between 1 and 5 but at that time my eyes ? are tired and unfocused to write on my tiny phone but am often awake .
Drives me mad as I can’t habe a nap later in the day.. it’s always a long old night

Yes, but I’m not recovering from an operation. The best thing is that having posted last night, I was awake till 2am then didn’t wake again till 7pm and cold dog nose.
Hope you’re improving and any painkillers you need, work.
