Mr. B and I have been out today. We ate a delicious lunch in a country pub that we haven’t visited for some time. It was good to see it was thriving post-Covid. The food was plentiful and tasty and the weather was beautiful. So sleepy now. Tomorrow will be a quiet day at home with a wander around the marina, weather permitting.

We have had a lovely day at a very posh hotel just outside Milford on Sea. Both of my brothers and their wives, our DD &SiL, nephews and families and lots of people we have met over the years gathered to celebrate the golden anniversary. Lovely food, wine and weather and as a bridesmaid 50 years ago, I got a lovely decoration of flowers!
Tomorrow we go home and begin to put the house straight! We left it in such a mess!
