Zouma deserves every name he is called. His disgusting behaviour has sickened all animal lovers. Horrible individual (I cannot even call him a man), I hope he gets jail, although I doubt it knowing the justice system here. Certainly in France he would be in prison by now. I remember reading at the time, and its on a thread somewhere here on this forum, that France expressed their disgust and said he would never play for them again - good. Obviously West Ham have quite different moral standards!

I never commented on the original thread. I just think Zouma should now be left alone.

I and my family going back many generations are/have been West Ham United supporters, we have known and socialised with many of the players past and present.

Zouma is a disgrace to his club, his country and the human race, end of!

Disgusting behaviour by a grown man, those that are cruel to animals often go on to be cruel to humans.

Certainly he should be on the watch list of his local authority in case this behaviour does escalate at some future stage. I feel sorry for his family and friends - if he has any that is.

Zouma not only kicked the cat, he threw shoes at it and slapped it around the head, threatened to kill it, and all in front of his children. Whilst his younger brother filmed it. And since that incident, there's been a spate of videos on social media of like-minded individuals, hitting their cats.

... yet we should "leave him alone" because the greater crime is name calling...

GSMWe are all Gransnetters, you keep on about being a solicitor, but you make strange statements, I stand by what I said people who name call are low lives, the people I know who says things about Zouma a generally racist idiots. My lovely educated black partner thinks racism has alot to do with this, as it just goes on and on.

GGI have not called posters names, and I said people who do, come across as low lives,read my post. I think a few have insulted me, do I care no.
Also GG I support another South London team, but know alot of West Ham supporters and they too feel it has gone on too long. I know alot of West Ham supporters who want him to play. He should be able too free of abuse.

Racism doesn't come into it with animal cruelty. That video was revolting who ever was in it. I think it would be more racist to say "Oh dear we must let it go and forget about it because he's black"
