Yesterday I dragged my heels in the hairdressers and walked out feeling a million dollars, floating on cloud 9.

What beautiful hair Serendipity, I think the piling your hair hair on top of your head, with or without the pillow case, is most likely to work and let you sleep comfortably. I speak as one who wakes up with reasonable hair on one side of my head and a screwed up mess on the other.
