*SD*, I was responding to your rather naive suggestion of how a teacher should deal with bullying. As I suspect, you were never a teacher, so you will find it difficult to see from that perspective.
I am sorry that you were bullied at school. However, I'm sure some of us on here were also bullied at school, me included.
The difference is, we don't see bullying every time someone disagrees with us.
I feel sad that you cannot enjoy the lighter side of GN. You are missing so much.
Do you really consider that I, as a male, should be enjoying, for example, the post about a statue that is on page 30 of the thread about the virtual cruise from Lyon?

But when I was accused of base motives when I tried to support and protect a lady who had protected me and for whose kindness in doing so I will always remember and value, then it was grossly unfair bullying.
