Most "seafood". (But OK with fish.)
Anything aniseed!

Kidneys. Ugh!

Scribbles Fri 05-Aug-22 11:11:39

Probably I can eat most things. Although having seen what they have to do on “I’m a celebrity”for eating challenges I would certainly gag and refuse!

NfkDumpling Fri 05-Aug-22 11:16:13

Marshmallows. Aubergines.

There's quite a few vegetables I'm not at all keen on, but eat them smothered in brown sauce or gravy because they're good for me.

Eggs with soft yolks yuk!!!
Prawns..

Fleurpepper Fri 05-Aug-22 11:17:14

Can't, or won't?

Kidneys, liver, tripe, shellfish.

maddyone Fri 05-Aug-22 11:20:54

Any type of offal.
Seafood, but can eat fish

I’m probably a bit OCD but I hate having gravy, sauce or dressing drizzled over my food if I go out to eat. I ask for it to be put into a little jug on the side and then I decide if I want it, and where I want it.

Offal especially kidneys even in pate
Black pudding
Oysters
I'm not keen on gravy either
Husband can eat anything, frogs legs, quails you name it he will try it.

Grandma70s Fri 05-Aug-22 11:22:32

Smoked salmon

Tripe - I’ve never actually tried it, but the look of it tells me I can’t eat it!

kittylester Fri 05-Aug-22 11:25:27

Tripe and 'pappy' veg eg courgette, aubergine.

Granny23 Fri 05-Aug-22 11:26:16

I have an allergy to the bugs that turn milk into cheese or yoghurt. I never knowingly eat either of these, but am often caught out by their unexpected presence in dishes when eating out. I so wish producers would stick to fresh cream in sauces, puddings, etc. instead of using crème fraiche - one bite and I'll suffer for near a week.

Meat fat, cream, milk (on its own), fennel.

Only other thing is sea cucumber, which we were given at a Chinese wedding banquet - not that we’re ever likely to ever be given that again, thank goodness. Absolutely foul-textured orange slime - none of us on the Brit-relations table could get it down. The bride (a SiL) later told me that they don’t like it, either, but it’s traditional. Probably a fertility thing IMO - given the phallic shape of them - I’ve seen plenty in the sea.

MerylStreep Fri 05-Aug-22 11:27:40

Tripe and whelks. My father was often trying different things.
Fried cucumber is not something to be repeated ( no pun intended) ?

Blossoming Fri 05-Aug-22 11:29:18

Anchovies and Camembert

toscalily Fri 05-Aug-22 11:30:10

I'm not a fussy eater, normal likes & dislikes but Raw Oysters & Tripe, never. My mother used to cook tripe & onions, the thought makes my stomach turn.

annodomini Fri 05-Aug-22 11:55:13

Avocado which I 'discovered' long before it became fashionable as a 'super food'. I found that it caused acute nausea and worse. Coffee which I loved, but gradually realised that it didn't love me. And I was living in a country where it was grown!

Casdon Fri 05-Aug-22 11:56:31

Cucumber is the food of the devil, slimy and crunchy all in same disgusting package. - yuck. I don’t like melon either. I also don’t like tea at all, the smell turns my stomach.

MiniMoon Fri 05-Aug-22 11:56:49

Cream horns. I was 11 and went to a Christmas party held for the employees' children at my Dad's workplace.
The following morning I was very sick. It turned out that I had yellow jaundice and had to isolate in my room for 2 weeks.
In my 11 year old mind, I associated my sickness with the cream horn.
I've never eaten one since.

Grammaretto Fri 05-Aug-22 11:58:05

Any animal.
Parsnips

Cabbie21 Fri 05-Aug-22 12:00:39

Another vote against oysters and tripe, plus beetroot.

midgey Fri 05-Aug-22 12:29:30
