I think so- but check with them. In the meantime, can you video yourselves with date, taking a home test, and then the result. Make sure you have something with date on it, phone or computer, next to the test, and show the room too.
This is similar to the "monitored" at home tests. BUT I think you need them to be verified by the supervisor on skype/teams or whatever they use.
If you are certain you are positive I'd do one of these anyway as you will at least have the test date on the formal certificate they supply. That should mean you have the necessary evidence to claim for covid.
