I cringe every time he comes on TV ( which isn’t often - unsurprisingly )
He’s too old to be running one of the most powerful countries in the world. And he should know how to pronounce the prime minister’s name, he’s the president not a member of the back room staff.

To be fair, the rate we change prime ministers you could forgive a foreign leader for not bothering to learn their names.

For a split second ( and I haven’t had access to a tv today so have relied on gransnet to keep me informed on world events) I thought maybe we had another new PM.

Definitely a worry, VP Harris seems to be keeping an exceptionally low profile.

There was a well publicised press conference a few weeks ago whereby he was asking if a female senator was in the audience… she was dead.

I'm very cautious of criticising another nation's politicians after recent events in the UK. Of course, here he could just transfer to the House of Lords and sleep the days away.
