A late good morning from Glasgow. Broken sleep again last night and my body clock is all over the place.
I was convinced Pilates had worked so well for me that I no longer felt the need for pain relief however, painful hip and knee have returned with a vengeance. My GP thinks the painful knee may have been fractured too when I fell and fractured my hip. Both being X-rayed later today. Oh joy! Good news is I can continue with Pilates which I am so enjoying.

It’s sunny here at the moment but the temperatures have plummeted so much so, I wouldn’t be surprised if snow isn’t on its way. 🥶
