Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark as usual but cold and dry out here in brackley with cold easterly wind adding to the chill.
Today a quiet day in watching TV etc , but trying to avoid football matches .
I have put on a little seasonal weight , but have to try and loose some as to hospital guidelines, a few years ago I brought a exercise bike but its pedals only but i can apply pressure to make it harder it gives a display of rpm as well so aim for 10 minutes and increase to keep fit ,as I have suffered outside with the cold chill .
Take Care,
Mick

I apologise, georgesgran but she keeps on blaming my Gardner for leaving soil by the front door. I really don’t mind the marks - it was just a comment.
A grovelling apologies to all wheelchair users. 😢

Good morning. It’s trying to brighten up here now after a damp start. Chilly though.
Welcome to the new posters.
Beef casserole for dinner today. It’s just defrosting in the microwave at the moment and will reheat up nicely when we’re ready to eat.
Wishing you all the best, greyduster - as each day passes, you’ll feel stronger and be able to get about again before you know it.
Like you, mick, there’ll be no football on in this house either. It does seem to be dragging on doesn’t it? I believe the final is on the 18th December.
Take care everyone.
