Morning from the train to Aberdeen! On my way to spend a few days with my youngest sister in her new home. She moved up from the Central Belt last year and really loves life in the village which is about 20 mins outside the city.I’m looking forward to seeing a little of her new life.

I hope that’s a good omen for you Grandmattie, it was a huge step for her and it has worked out very well indeed so I wish you the same success🦩🦩🦩

Good morning Mick and all from a windy northwest coast.
Nice if pricey Italian lunch in city with old friend yesterday although the weather was just horrible. Felt cold most of the time even though wrapped up. We went to the museum, but thought the aquarium v disappointing, more fish in my local Dobbies and disappointing too for the school kids. Also am put off by the preachy tone of museums and galleries these days, not to say the current stage productions.
My friend’s macular and cataract problems have put years on him, even though he’s eight years younger than me. (Always been more serious too).
Putting a bag together to go south tomorrow for BILs 90th. Wish his brother, my husband, could have made it to 90.
I’m feeding the cats next door and they are due back tomorrow so hope that all works out well.

Good morning all. It’s cold, dull and wet in my corner of Lancashire today. I will be warm and dry indoors as it’s time for a deep clean of the bathrooms. I get very warm as it’s such a physical activity! Cleaning the shower drains is one of those jobs that feels good when it’s over.
