Fantastic news, Gingster.
Off to get hair cut now, May go much shorter 🤔.
Have a good day everyone.
Good morning everyone from sunny Lancashire.
Yesterday’s hospital appointment went well. The Botox has done the job and both eyes are working together again. No more double vision either.
Today I need to go and vote, then collect my prescription meds.
Glad to hear you’re feeling better Mick and what wonderful news Gingster.
Have a good day 🌻😎
Good morning from a grey NE, ah well never mind, yesterday was a pleasant day.
Happy Star wars day.
SIL was in his element as my neighbour was working on his MG yesterday, they had discussions about replacement parts and owner's club.
DD is arriving from Dublin this afternoon, she will be in need of a rest after giving presentations to 2,500 at a conference.
Great news Gingster.

Just had to post after reading the wonderful news from Gingster.
I can guess at the happiness and relief of you all.
Grandmattie greetings and best wishes to you in your new home.
It is something I wish I had done when my H died just 4 years ago.
I procrastinated and then suddenly it was too late with family dynamics changing.
Have the best day you can everyone.
Good Morning Mick and everyone from sunny Carlisle where we have a chilly NE wind though.
I too saw Brackley on Location, Location last night but it didn't click that it was your Brackley, Mick. It's an interesting and pretty little place.
I drove round to the new health centre yesterday for my blood test so fingers crossed that my iron levels are still normal and my booked bloodletting will be cancelled again.
Today the ironing beckons and then a gentle day of pottering at this and that.
We aren't having council elections here. The county has been re-organised from 6 LAs to 2 and we elected all the new councillors last year. Result- the LA covering the north and west is Labour and that for the south and east, Lib Dem. No comment here!
What a relief for you, Gingster, I hope your DD is soon fighting fit.
Enjoy organising your possessions in your new home grandMattie, I wish you happiness and contentment there.
Have the best possible day everyone.
Good morning everyone, and happy Star Wars Day! May the Fourth be with you!
Bright and sunny here in Northampton, but looks windy. Off to the hairdressers this morning, and then if the timing is right, dance class after lunch.
Yesterday I attended the.funeral of an elderly.friend's husband; so glad I went along to support her and her son. The.service was simple and beautiful and very moving. I was moved to tears by the huge spray of red roses on the coffin, as it was very similar to those I chose.for my darling late DH. A lovely array of refreshments was offered at the nearby church hall.
Afterwards my friend decided that she wanted to attend our usual Wednesday well-being cafe, not wanting to go back home, so we spent a couple of hours with a cup of tea and cake in good company.
Spent the rest of the afternoon cutting the back grass, which was exhausting, then had to wash up before I could get my dinner. Just.flopped after that!
Wishing a pleasant day to all.
Good morning from sunny Leicestershire.
In a rush today because going on an NWR boat trip to celebrate the coronation with morning coffee. We are all dressing up to the nines!!

Btw solar panel installation did not go to plan yesterday - just another little stress!
Good morning Mick and everyone from a hazy/ sunshiny day in Oxfordshire.
Had a good day yesterday, once my car is emptied of Charity shop goods, I now have a carful of stuff to go to the tip, only a few miles away, so not a problem, but there are usually queues when it’s a fine day.
Mop and bucket out today as sorting and cleaning the conservatory, windows as well, that’s a long job requiring steps and plenty of elbow grease.
Ginster excellent news, I know exactly how you must be feeling, MissOops is 23yrs Cancer free, but I still fret every time she is ill. Although her Cancer changed her life, she has come to terms with it, probably more than I have.
Have a good day everyone, safe travels for those on the move.
Let’s hope we have another warm day, it makes such a difference.
Thank you GG13, I am, but the cables for Wi-Fi and TV still elude me. A roomful of boxes still to go though.

Bon voyage Ash and hope that olddudders shifts that cough soon.

Marydoll happy birthday to your DD and to hear news of Babydoll.
My son in China sent a scan picture yesterday with such a clear pic of baby’s face. With only 3 weeks to go and a 3D scan it’s bound to be clear. All is well which is great.

Overcast here, storm forecast later because I’ve got bedding to wash.

Great news from Gingster, have been following her family’s anxious journey and so glad they have such cause for celebration. Good news too from Mick; we just need better news of Marydoll.
Voting and a facial are all that today holds though I could usefully tackle a cupboard of two if the spirit moves me. Or I could read. Decisions!
Good morning from a beautiful sunny Suffolk. What wonderful news Gingster about your DD. I’m sure whatever ongoing symptoms she has from her treatment will seem nothing now and well worth putting up with. I’m sure your whole family will have a marvellous celebratory weekend.
I’m off for lunch with 3 friends at the seaside and then a pedicure later in the afternoon. Can’t quite decide whether to have varnish or not? I think it might be tempting fate to anticipate wearing sandals just yet!
Hope today is a good one for all and those will worries find some comfort.
Good morning from North Yorkshire. It’s a bright start.

I have a shopping delivery this evening (family plus in laws to lunch on Sunday - Coronation Chicken of course) but first today after voting, I am off to meet up with D at the Hotel Chocolat factory shop and cafe near Junction 16 on the M1.
Coffee and probably lunch and just maybe a browse around the shop
Nuff said.
Wonderful news Gingster - every mother’s nightmare.
Kind thoughts to all with worries or who are poorly - wishing you all a pleasant day.
Good morning all from a cloudy Glasgow, where it's 7°C.
What wonderful news, Gingster, and good to hear you feel stronger, Mick. Your iron infusion must be working.
Today is DD's birthday today, my miracle baby. It was thought I had miscarried her, but no bed was available for me in our local hospital (where my mum had been the senior midwifery sister) to have an op, so I was sent to a larger one, where they were able to do a scan and found a heartbeat. I remember a nurse holding my hand and telling me not to give up hope.
It was a difficult pregnancy and she was born early, but here she is, still causing me angst, thirty nine years later. 🥰
Yesterday we saw Babydoll with lots of cuddles to be had. She is much more alert now and I saw such a difference in her.
However, she is very colicky, but DIL was most impressed when I managed to stop her screaming and settle her down. I haven't lost my touch despite being a nervous wreck, when holding her and DS2 telling me how wonderful his MIL is with her! 😉
Today will be a gentle one. I'm still feeling out of sorts and experiencing high RA pain. My RA appointment was cancelled, despite me needing some intervention.
I hope to potter in the garden, its good for the soul and anyway, I have two raspberry bushes to plant!
I also have some church admin, postponed from when I was so unwell. #the great procrastinator.
Wishing you all a pleasant day, whatever your plans. I hope the poorlies find a way to get through the day and Mr Baubles manages to get to Edinburgh.
Good morning all from cloudy Harrogate
Great news Gingster you must be so happy! Will read about the tyres Ashcombe never heard of nitrogen in tyres before, but we are due new tyres soon so could be worth thinking about
Yesterday had a trip to Morrisons in Ripon then a nap after a bad night. Today my shopping delivery from Sainsburies and possibly a trip to town for anything I’ve forgotten for my baking ready for my little party. Wish people would let me know if they are coming!!
Have the best day possible folks
Good morning from a sunny W Kent. Off to art group this morning and then the dentist this afternoon. Both Dd1 and DIL have their birthdays today. One is teaching and the other Poll Clerking.
Wonderful news Ginster
Wishing everyone the best day possible
Good morning all from Polmont where it's currently 8° and bright but feels cool. It's quite windy. Gingster that's such good news. I'm pleased for your daughter.
Yesterday was quiet, just some pottering in the house and garden.
Today I have art class in Stirling. I'm looking forward to it. I have oil pastels to try out so I'll see how they do. Baked potato with salad for dinner later. No voting in Scotland.
