I would have to say Keeping Up Appearances especially when Hyacinth's behaviour becomes extreme and her face starts to twitch and how the other characters react towards her.

Only Fools and Horses, it still makes me really laugh even though I’ve seen it all many times. David Jason’s timing is just spot on.

Fawlty Towers or Blackadder.

I agree with Only Fools and Horses but I think my all-time favourite is Ever Decreasing Circles. It is gentle, adult humour without resorting to bad language and all the characters are sympathetically drawn. Richard Briers, as Martin, a man with OCD and very obvious, these days, Asperger’s Syndrome (it was not really known about in the eighties but we all knew someone like him) is very clever in portraying a vulnerable, irritating yet kind-hearted character, who always wants to do the right thing whatever the consequences, to perfection and the supporting cast are equally accomplished.

Some memories here.
In no particular order,
Fawlty Towers
The good Life

But I am a sucker for sitcoms so honourable mentions would go to a lot of others!

Yes Minister/Prime Minister
My favourite comedy programme of all time isn’t a sitcom though, it’s Whose Line Is It Anyway, which was brilliant.

And Butterflies.
The Good Life.
Dad's Army.

I agree.
Except I would swap Butterflies for Man About The House. Too smutty, but ignoring that, I do think it is funny.

I am also watching Take The High Road.
It has an awkward way of download though.
Is it a Sitcom? Not sure.

I love Two Doors Down, and thought Drop the Dead Donkey was excellent in its day.
