British Sitcoms? Which is your favourite and why?

Ooh yes - totally forgot about Rising Damp!

Ive never been a fan of these programs and they dont hold my attention. They always seemed very trivial and boring to me, full of trite characters. However I did enjoy "Keeping Up Appearances"

And no, I never watched the one about the antique dealer!

I have nostalgic memories of All Gas and Gaiters although it would probably have dated terribly if I watched it nowadays.

Upstart Crow my definite favourite. So funny, and then the episode about Hamnet's death had me weeping at the end. Brilliant writing.

these are all old, modern stuff is too woke cannot laugh any more else it may offend somebody
