Friday morning I found my friend and neighbour dead in bed.
He was only 51,wheelchair bound animal and nature lover, gentle kind man.
We watched out for each other, supported each other, laughed and shared coffee in the communal garden,we went shopping and people watched over a cuppa, even went with another neighbour on a " pub crawl" several times.
He had not had a happy start in life, but didnt hold a grudge, unmaterialistic,he lived for his dog, tobacco, coffee, and his sport on TV.
We knew each others history, and treated each other with respect,it was a purely platonic older woman younger man friendship,we had each others backs.
Today I will be dealing with his breaved parents,I handled his accounts and did his paperwork, complete trust on both sides.
I will miss him so much RIP Jim, a true gent.
Thankyou for letting me share my sadness
