Caving. I knew that I had slight claustrophobia before I went, but soon realised that it was actually extreme. What a horrendous experience. Never been so scared.

Go in a maze. Went to a relatively small one in a beautiful garden in Durham. My niece and daughter ran on without me and I got absolutely disorientated and panicky, unable to find my way out. They eventually rescued me but I felt stupid and old.

I voted Lib Dem to keep the Tories out and they went into coalition with them. I'll never do that again.

Ate a piece of fish. I have been vegetarian for decades and now vegan but someone persuaded me to try fish as "it's not proper meat".

About an eighth of a forkful, mostly spat out. Truly vile.
