Good Morning Everyone,
Its dry with some wind here at the moment in brackley .
Yesterday , my diarrhea tablets came ,and they slowly working , also on the weight front starting slowly to gain again.
Today, TdF again in the Alps close to Mont Blanc , back in the 70`s I raced in Switzerland,and stayed on shore of Lake leman Geneva and looked across to France as we were midway between Geneva and Lausanne .

DH has just made poached egg on toast for breakfast, I have come back upstairs to shower and fake tan before going out to lunch with some friends. We have plenty of family news to catch up on.

Late this morning due to DD1 needing a chat just as I was about to leave for mass so I’ll need to go tonight 🤨

I must get out for a walk today, I have been slipping in that respect, the constant rain and wind has been very off putting. Having been told that I do too much I am getting far too good at not doing very much!
