Good Morning Everyone,
Its looking grey outside but dry ,signs of the daylight hours shortening here in brackley.
Today after some essential housework , I will get the bus to Bicester for a couple of hours hopefully .
Return for lunch and a easy day at home.

Foxy I too had plantar fasciitis pre COVID and tried everything. In the end I went to a really good sports shoe shop and explained. I bought a pair of expensive (£150) trainers - and haven't looked back. That was at the end of 2019 and I have worn them practically every day and they're still going strong. No more plantar fasciitis either, so well worth the money.
