Fluorescent Lamps and Tubes are now banned

It’s been well publicized and some halogen bulbs are included too. I think my kitchen downlighters fall into that category.
Lots to google on it.

Presumably it means no new ones can be put in?

I've not seen or heard anything about it, and our hospital still has florescent lights everywhere.
