Best response to 5 year old calling me an old lady?

It’s true. I am a little old lady but I don’t feel like I’m a little old lady. However, my granddaughter who is 5, will often refer to me as an old lady. I’ve tried responding to her by saying I’m grateful to be old but that does not seem to be the most appropriate response for her. I was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the best way to respond to the younger group who seem to enjoy calling us older women “ little old ladies.”

I'll pitch in with 2 responses that I use - either / or / sometimes both:
I am! How do you think I got soooooo old? What do you think I saw / did when I was young? Do you know anyone else as old as me?

Shall I tell you something? (act like it's a secret) Some people don't like to be called old - even if they are!! So you can call me and grampy old - but can you be careful with other people?

I think you should lighten up my grandson age 8 regularly calls me old lady and I call him small boy but it’s all good fun
