Transgender Dylan Mulvaney has won woman of the year 🤣🤣 you couldn’t make it up. Not one woman was worth the win. What do you think šŸ¤”

Mollygo Tue 24-Oct-23 14:05:55

I’m sure this will be seen as a diversion, but males cheating women . . .

It’s a bit like Philip Green. Anything he could do to win/get more money/ awards.

He might be a household name but, before Green joined the TOPSHOP brand, it was propelled by a revolutionary team, notably led by women. Fronted by brand director Jane Shepherdson, the woman-heavy team was once an outlier in the fashion sphere.
What led to its failure?
when Green acquired the brand in 2002, his prioritisation of profit over quality

In other words he cheated the women he was selling to, depriving them of their just rewards for their cash.

However, at his worst, he never pretended to be a woman. Unlike those TW who lie and cheat, he cheated women as a man.

What's the point? Where's the pride and a sense of achievement when you know you crossed the line first because you cheated? I wont say he won, because he didn't.

Doodledog Tue 24-Oct-23 12:50:20

Know your place, women! 😔

Mollygo Tue 24-Oct-23 12:22:38

Another cheat depriving girls of their just rewards?

Mollygo Sun 22-Oct-23 21:02:11

VS you’re right. People is a generic term that covers all humans.
Unfortunately there is now a group of males who lie and cheat to get what they want, to the detriment of females, and to the detriment of those trans who mean no harm and don’t cheat and lie.

I don’t support male liars, whether they’re India Willoughby, Dylan Mulvaney, Isla Bryson or even Boris Johnson.

You can be proud of the fact that you do if you like.

Doodledog Sun 22-Oct-23 20:56:51

That's great news, Iam. Common sense prevails.

Of course all humans are people, VS. Who has said otherwise, please? I've never seen anything on here that suggests that any poster would disagree, so perhaps you could show us where you've got that impression?

Some of those people are women and others aren't though. And when those who aren't want to diminish women's lives by colonising our spaces, taking our awards, beating us at sport, altering the language to exclude us and refusing to allow us spaces to meet with only other women, then those who support women object.

So the gender critical weren’t heartless bigoted and wrong.
No they weren’t, but in years to come they will be pilloried for not doing more to stop the abuse of children that has been carried out.

Iam64 Sun 22-Oct-23 20:26:56

What a relief to see the NHS following the conclusions of the Cass report
Instead of starting from the belief that if a child says s/he believes they’re in the body, it will now undertake a holistic assessment
Puberty blocking drugs will only be given as part of a clinical trial. This is because of recognition they can prolong gender dysphoria that may otherwise resolve, alongside possible risks to brain and bone development

So the gender critical weren’t heartless bigoted and wrong

Fixed it

Showed that to DH, Mollygo and he agreed with me that it is spot on!

Sparklefizz Sat 21-Oct-23 17:25:14

Excellent Mollygo

Mollygo Sat 21-Oct-23 15:56:39

Incidentally, I saw this poster . .

Truth will out!

It seems to be fair and inclusive only to men who are unable to win as men and so think they can win by calling themselves women!

Rosie51

Funny that, you never seem to get a Usain Bolt, Mo Farrah or Bradley Wiggins suddenly realising they are really women and need to transfer into the female class. I wonder why?

Because not all men (or all TIM) are cheats and liars. Those who are spoil it for all those, (men or women) who would be ashamed to cheat or lie like that.

A balance between fairness and inclusion!!! Yeah rightangry.

Mollygo Sat 21-Oct-23 12:19:13

And while you’ve got men advocating this, and supported by TW and TRA and sadly, some women . . .

Doodledog Sat 21-Oct-23 11:38:56

That side of things shows how idiotic it has all become, and how little women mean to the trans lobby. To be a woman you just have to say you are one. That’s all there is to being a woman- magic words. Our shared history, female culture, our biology count for nothing.

If we complain we are abused, cancelled, threatened and vilified. I still haven’t had an apology for the egregious and libellous slur of racism, for instance. It appears that it is is fine to trample over women’s feelings if we assert ourselves in the face of male domination- plus ca change, and all that.

Smileless2012 Thu 19-Oct-23 18:00:25

Yes that's the difference NanKate. The WI is allowing trans women to be members but not men who don't identify as/claim to be women.

pregnant people FGS angry.

NanKate Thu 19-Oct-23 17:46:32

I have been watching the news this evening about the dreadful war Hammas v Israel and the BBC Interviewer mentioned ā€˜pregnant people’ 😳 it’s pregnant women you Wally.

That’s fine having men in the Mother’s Union if this is in your rules but the transwomen have infiltrated the WI with the support of the National Federation of WIs without a vote by all the members. We are supposed to be democratic.

Smileless2012 Thu 19-Oct-23 15:13:19

That sums it up perfectly Mollygosmile.

Mollygo Thu 19-Oct-23 13:36:28

Our MU calls itself a PU (parents’ union). It means that men can join without having to lie. The few fathers we have so far, like a group they can join that doesn’t involve drinking and appreciates that men ā€œlike making jamā€ too.
Strangely, again so far, the men don’t rush for positions of power. They’re happy for women to do the nitty gritty stuff, but they’re willing to help out at functions etc.

Smileless2012 Thu 19-Oct-23 13:07:47

I'm a member of the Mothers Union, an organisation that includes men in their membership.

The WI either accepts male members or it doesn't. If it doesn't then trans women shouldn't be accepted because they are men, not women.

Rosie51 Thu 19-Oct-23 11:44:36

I agree too Doodledog It's the immediate promotion to positions of power and influence that's so objectionable.

On a more frivolous note......

This transwoman has been named 92nd hottest woman in the world according to Maxim magazine in Australia. Who'd want to be named 93rd to 100th? They couldn't find enough "hotter" women of the female variety to knock Dani down to 101st?

NanKate Thu 19-Oct-23 10:14:31

Exactly Doodledog
