Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark and dry at the moment here in brackley.
Todays plans are bus to Bicester depending on weather will be how long I stay , I want to get a few things .
Return home have lunch ,and relax maybe do some laundry .

Poor you Nannagarra. Shingles is not a nice condition to have. Good old fashioned calamine lotion and paracetamol would be my recommended treatment. Hope that you feel better soon. thanks thanks
