Thanks Old Frill for the link. Which I have read with interest actually I agree that the medical profession can be too quick to dish out drugs especially for depression and anxiety etc. in an ideal world talk therapy should be readily available when needed I think we all know the NHS mental health services are extremely stretched. If only someone could come up with some solutions It’s not the only situation where non medication solutions are helpful. Take for example physiotherapy or support for those trying to loose weight
Before anyone says it the money isn’t available and the pills can seem like a quick fix.
