And a very good morning all from another damp day in north 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 where I’ve been up since sparrowfart for some reason…I do miss Lauranorderr living on Anglesey sending me 🌞 from her weatherbarn!

So here’s a chamberpot of ☕️ for Taichinan and anyone else who’s awake! I’ve been mulling over the film we saw yesterday, One Life about the rescue of children at the beginning of WW2 - such a sad story but quite uplifting that good can triumph over evil or even apathy.

Back to mundane things…there’s cleaning to be done today at PG Towers and alas, we have no 🧚‍♀️ employed so I shall dust whilst Mr PG gets his gadget out (stick Hoover)

Best wishes to the Galas on their anniversary and to anyone else with something to celebrate 🥂 and may everyone have a good day x

Good morning from a very windy Torbay.

We arrived home safely yesterday afternoon despite the horrendous weather conditions for the first half of the journey. With olddudders driving, we covered 230 miles within good time. The motorways were busy but it was surprisingly quiet at Michael Wood services where we stopped for lunch.

Today, we have a Zoom call with a mutual friend from schooldays whose DH is terminally ill. Her late brother, who died at 26 from mesothelioma, was best friend to olddudders as she was to me.

Good luck with planning your trips, Mick; helpful to have things organised to look forward to.

Thinking of Susan56 and all with sadness as this year begins. 🦩🥰🦩💐🦩
