The car park was a lake, but there was a double rainbow after the hail. Sadly the second one had faded by the time I picked through the puddles.

It's still really windy here, and cold.

It must be grim out there the spaniel is content to snooze, next doors cat is yowling to go in, the spaniel normally helps it ……

Horizontal rain today (Somerset). So cold too. Rain forecast every day for the next week. Lovely!

I put the washing out, then promptly fell asleep for hours, with it still out.

I'm so fed up with myself, but at least the washing came in about as wet as it went out.

We were doing a supermarket shop this morning, it was busy and not our favourite job; came out and it was sleeting heavily.
But we said that least we weren't in a tent on holiday along the coast.

S West Wales. Woke up to sunshine but by 10o’clock it was raining. Cold and windy too. DD who lives near , but on higher ground has had snow. Thank goodness we haven’t to go out

It is very depressing to think about all the poor people who have been flooded over the past few weeks. Rain rain go away and come back in the sea!

It's really blowy here, and getting more grey by the minute.

Had a walk down my usual path but today it was like a quagmire. I like the river running fast though over the waterfall. Sunny earlier but more heavy rain due.

Alexa has just interrupted Classic FM to tell me that there's a flood warning out for out district... Again.

It has been fairly bright this morning, but is clouding over now I'm about to venture out to the washing line.

My trusty app tells me washing should dry in this area.

Not so sure.

The sun is actually shining atm, but, there’s always a damn but, rain and high winds from twelve for the rest of the day, oh the joy of a woods walk with the spaniel to look forward to!
Might have to have a hot X bun and hot chocolate after that, this damn weather is being blamed now for the extra inches on my backside😳🤣

My spaniel usually gets out of her cosy bed to greet me when I go downstairs in the morning. Today, she stayed put until my cup of tea was made and I opened the door into the garden. She needed encouragement to get up and go out to toilet. This achieved speedily, she ran back in like a whippet. It’s grim here, cold, grey and yes, more rain.

I will go out in most weathers to walk the dogs, but this morning we'd be swimming. Hopefully the hounds won't be too cross to wait until later if the rain eases off.

Sat in bed at 1am and it is throwing it down - high winds alongside the rain forecast for all day on Thursday.

Send some over here, please. It hasn’t rained properly since February and everything is shriveling up and dying. I love the sun but we really need a downpour.
