Jaxjacky that's not so good. I hope you are ok now

Jaxjacky Sun 02-Jun-24 18:40:16

Love that Grandmabatty.
I’ve done little today, I had a nose bleed last night, I was warned after my ENT visit on Thursday, the poking about. It only lasted 15 minutes, but my memories of last years 5 hours in A&E haunt me.
Anyway, a minor glitch; sorry you fell Blossoming but pleased to hear of minimal damage.
It’s been a glorious day, sadly it’s not due to last.
Enjoy your evening all.

Blossoming I'm glad you are better but watch the falls! I've been at anxart workshop all day and I'm tired. Here's my massive allium. It was a lovely day in good company. Burger and chips for dinner and an early night. Have a good evening Kitcheners.

Good evening dear Kitcheners. It’s been a beautiful warm and sunny day here. I have good news and bad news. The good news is I am recovering rapidly from the bug that struck me on Friday. I have been out for a walk and have been sitting and smelling the roses and watching the river flow. There are lush banks of wildflowers along the river and the footpath. The bad news is I was almost home when I fell over. I overbalanced when taking a photo. Several lovely kind people came to help me up, check I was OK and make sure I got home safely. My only injury is a skinned elbow and wounded pride. MrB is refusing to let me leave the house without a full set of armour, I will have to fight for my freedom again! Anyway, here is one of the beautiful roses that grow in profusion next to my riverside sitooterie. Not sure if this one is a native but it’s lovely.

Your mishap sounds far worse than mine Neine, what a dreadful experience! Your injuries look so painful, I hope any necessary surgery happens soon.

So sorry for the loss of your niece Baggs, such a blow. A young woman who seemingly had it all. Can we ever really know how someone is feeling?

Sending love and strength to all going through difficult times ♥️

Baggs that is truly horrendous. Your family have experienced so much trauma and grief recently. I am so sorry.

NN that is awful and must be so painful. At least you are in the correct place. Your hip will get the extra rest it needs.
