....... cyclists who think that looking over their right shoulder is sufficient to tell the cars behind them that they are planning to turn right - this happened today - a man cycling down a fairly main road looked over his shoulder then turned right on front of me as I was driving. And he had a toddler in a seat on the back!!

) cyclists should dismount and push. Where I used to work was dreadful for that - students on cycles and people on those city scooter things. The number of traffic calming measures and lack of seating (some of it replaced with bike parks and scooter chargers) meant that the less mobile have enough problems getting around the city centre as it is. I’m all for green measures, but suspect that town planners are all young and fit.
