Good morning all. A year Mick! That's wonderful, and it sounds as if you're on top of what is necessary in lifestyle and diet. Keep up the good work.
Well according to my weather app it's a day of intermittent sunshine here on the Angus coast. The first hour of it has passed without any sign of the sun, so we'll see. The washing's in the machine anyway - it will dry at some point I'm sure.
I'm really quite enjoying getting ready for my unexpected hosting duties for the tai chi workshop next weekend, would you believe! What's missing from my life is something to work towards and usually I just drift along in an amiable and contented fashion, achieving nothing. But as is the way of things, this week is going to be particularly hectic as I also have Dancing GD's Degree Shows to go to tonight and tomorrow night in Dundee. And, just like that, her College days are over! We'll have to wait and see what follows. And this week also, on Saturday, I've said I'll meet DGD3 (also in Dundee) as she's having a small discreet (🤞) tattoo done in memory of her Daddy, who died eight years next month and who would have been 50 in July. Anyway, it's all happening at once!
So off I must trot. I shall pop back in at some point to hear all about the various holidays and trips and cruises.
Bellasnana that's often the way with twins - one dominant and the other content to follow.
Also, what an utter tragedy, the killing of your DGD's friend's parents. Why on earth do the Americans insist that having guns is their 'right'. A gun has only ultimately one purpose, and that's it.
Get well soon grammaretto and baubles
