Good morning all and it looks like another lovely day.

My lovely girl didn’t arrive yesterday as her toddler has chicken pox. We rearranged. So I spent most of the day cleaning and tidying the house. We have visitors coming on Saturday, so always a good time for a ‘spring clean’. 🤣.

I picked up little gd from school and she stayed at ours for tea, before taking her home. Dd is exhausted after all the dancing show shenanigans. She now needs to relax and rest.

Today I’ll go to bowls and then on to Sainsburys and m and s for food and treats.

Enjoy your last few hours onboard, Bluesapphire. Thanks for taking us on your lovely trip with you.🛳️

Mizuna your garden sounds magical. Enjoy your rest and reflection.

Ash and oldudders enjoy your cruise. 🛳️ .

Enjoy the day the best you can.🌸

Good morning, Michael and all GNs from a cloudy South Yorkshire. Enjoy your show in London, Mick; have fun! I have walking group this morning and then lunch at DD’s. I’ll call at the garden centre on the way home. I need to replace my delphiniums which all succumbed to the wet winter, and buy a couple of heucheras.
Nice photos, Ash.
Have the best day you can folks.

Good morning all from North Leicestershire where there is a bit of sunshine appearing intermittently through the clouds.

I have a pedicure at 10.00 and DH is going to try and get a gp appointment.

Have the best day possible everyone.

I had an empty glass yesterday, but it was soon refilled! Also, my after dinner tipple - an espresso Martini!

Good morning everyone from my last morning on Adventure; shall be sorry to say goodbye to this lovely ship and its always attentive smiling crew. Just having my morning tea.

Yesterday I finished off the packing, attended a lecture on the history of Forensic Medicine, had an early lunch, then found a sheltered corner on deck in the sun to sit and read. A final last drinks and dinner with new friends and then decided to have an early night.

Will go for a light breakfast shortly, then be ready to disembark at about 8.30am. Should be home by early afternoon if the traffic allows.

Have a pleasant Thursday everyone.

Good morning from my patio swing seat in Cornwall where the mist is so low I can feel it on my hands, very unusual. A sunny day promised. No gulls anywhere which is strange and so quiet! The roses climbing down from the wood, the huge self-seeded foxgloves and my chives are about to flower. Lovely.

I'm going to take some retreat days in these weeks before my knee op, to reflect and refocus, so will be here intermittently for a while.

Good morning from Shropshire where we are forecast another lovely sunny day.

We had a lovely day yesterday meeting friends and then a visit to the garden centre.I am looking forward to a day at home today.DH has a blood test and then will spend the day in the garden.I am on a three month course of tablets and have been advised I should ‘protect myself from sunlight’🙄so will be mainly indoors. Not the best time of year to avoid the sun🤦🏼‍♀️

I hope Grammaretto is feeling better and all others unwell are on the mend too.

Lovely pictures Ash👩‍❤️‍👨

Thinking of all our absent goodmorningers.

Have the best day you can everyone🦩

It’s to be a cloudy and dry day here on the east coast of Fife.

Good morning, a lovely sunny day ahead I hope!
Yesterday I took the dog out early, walked with a lady who lives around the corner from me. The dogs enjoyed a chase around.
I spent the morning ironing, swopping over my summer clothes and putting away my woollens in airtight bags.
I will do a pedicure today and paint my toenails so I’m all set for the warmer weather ( I bet it rains before long!!)
I’d like to sit outside later, in the shade, and enjoy the lovely weather.
I hope you all can enjoy it too 🌹

Good morning from a rather overcast part of the Irish Sea on our way to Belfast. A rather nostalgic trip for me as my late darling Dad was from Holywood (sic).

Yesterday was a sea day so we were out of range of a signal for most of the time. We had a relaxing day which suited me, being somewhat tired from the previous few days of preparation.
The layout of Borealis is very different from Balmoral which we’ve experienced regularly but we are gradually managing to orientate ourselves! The standard of service is as good as always with Fred Olsen with smart, attentive staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.

A few photos taken as we left Southampton……

Have all are well and you have a good day. 💐🛳️🥂

Good morning from a bright Bristol. Wasn’t it lovely yesterday?
I hope you have a good time tonight, Mick.
I had a busy day yesterday. I went to Waitrose first thing, then to morning prayers on my way home. It was my book group in the library in the next village in the early afternoon. The discussions on the futuristic detective story were pretty interesting and lively, though one member didn’t contribute much. Done it.
Early dinner, hurried to meeting place for a convoluted journey through rush hour Bristol, collecting two WI members on the way. Nearly an hours journey to Chipping Sudbury where the quiz was taking place. To my astonishment, w3 were sitting behind the table where one of my Spanish colleagues was sitting! My table didn’t disgrace itself coming in the middle. Came home very late (for me).
Today should be reasonably quiet with an early podiatrist appointment, indoor tai chi then dinner and child minding at DD’s this evening. I’ll have time for a nap.
Enjoy the sun ☀️ Carpe diem 🦩🦩🦩🦩

Good morning from Malta where it is cloudy and only 18°C.

We had a decent amount of nice, clean rain yesterday and the boys enjoyed watching it fall in the puddles as we looked out of the window.

I’m just about to leave home to watch the boys, it’s our long day today and not looking like we will get out again due to the weather. Never mind, we still find lots to do to keep them busy.

Enjoy your day Mick, sounds like a nice evening you have planned.

Wishing you all a good day.☀️

Good morning from s somserset, I am looking forward to a very beautiful sunny day with perfect temperatures for me and the plants

I was very active all day yesterday, got aerobics done on my bike, followed by lifting and pottering in the garden. I took a chance and all my veg are now sown out or transplanted. Anyway they will grow their roots down all week and all I need to do is float around with the watering can, I have big trugs and they get dry

Nothing active to do today, a rest day with lots of reading and glasses of water while sitting outside

Have a good day
