I'm hanging out the washing as it's breezy and sunny. Then going to the library as my books are due back today, and taking my repeat prescription to the docs.
Then driving to my nearest town to buy bits and pieces.
All a bit boring, but I am so pleased that I can still do these little things we take for granted, and dreading the day when I can't.
Live for the moment.

Painting the inside of our (ancient) summerhouse today - a very light grey. Just bought some wicker chairs and a little table from a charity shop. Cushions to pick up later from Dunelm.

I'm on a rally in Looe the sun's shining but it's not particularly warm, I'm sitting outside wrapped up enjoying the sea view and a cup of tea.

Making strawberry jam, then out to lunch with my brother and his wife at a riverside restaurant (his treat courtesy of a Premuim Bond win grin). Book Club tonight.

Going to the gym, then walking dog in woods with my daughter and her dogs, hope we don’t get as wet as yesterday, it takes ages for a spaniels ears to dry😀

Making elderflower cordial and then going to a funeral. I'm in Ireland and funerals are very social occasions where the whole community goes.

I’ll go for a walk after breakfast pick up some Nann from the shop on my way a bit of weeding. My GD comes for dinner on Tuesday I’ll do chicken curry and rice (made with bought sauce as I’m rubbish at making curry) we’ll watch a film together.
Nothing exciting.

We shall be collecting my Sister in Law and taking her for lunch. Afterwards we will visit my brother who has been in hospital for 5 weeks and has just been transferred to a specialist physiotherapist unit.

Demolishing a new summerhouse that has so many faults it’s ridiculous! Neighbours have offered a chainsaw…..

I’m looking after my dgd who’s not quite well enough to go back to school after a nasty cold. I’ll also be tying to get a bit of housework done and finish preparing a presentation for my U3A group.
