Hello kitchen people. What a lovely photo Soop!

We are back home! I did all the driving. OH really doesn’t enjoy long distance driving anymore so I do it. It’s a good thing I enjoy it. It took nearly five hours to get back. The M5 was very busy and several times at a standstill.

It was good to get home. Milo and Ripley were so pleased to see us. They are 14 years old tomorrow - 72 in human years which is the same age as OH. I will buy some special treats for them. The cats not OH.

It is our village festival this weekend. I usually get involved but I’m off to Helsinki with my daughter on Monday so need to do laundry and pack all over again.

Have a good evening and a wonderful weekend. I think OH will spend most of it watching sport.

This week has had its ups and downs and I am sure it has for many others.

This summer is not proving to be great so far for the weather, but there are plenty of engrossing Sports on TV for those who like them.
