Exactly! Why not play these last minute goalscorers from the beginning of each game instead of bringing them on for the last few minutes. Most people are unhappy the Southgate's team selection throughout the tournament. I believe there has been a better team on the substitutes bench for each game with many players not getting a look in

Will Southgate have the b**ls to leave Kane on the bench for the final and start with Olly Watkins? Of course he won't. He will leave it until 80 minutes before bringing on the likes of Cole Palmer and Watkins and hope for an escape, which is what he got on Wednesday. Spain will be their toughest test yet. No time for sentiment.

I cannot stand football and all the admiration heaped on very highly paid players for kicking a ball or stopping it with their body and doing goodness know what damage to their head. Head a fan on the radio yesterday saying everyone, absolutely everyone should stop work to watch the game. Just glad I'm not needing medical care, hope my house doesn't go on fire or I am assaulted during the game. The man booed and booed at another listener when she said she wasnt going to watch the game live. Sums up football for me.

I disagree with you OP about the new government.

For yggdrasil and Callistemon, there are masses of channels, lots of great shows to watch, documentaries galore -- if you search them out. You can also find things on the BBC i-player, ITVX, and the C4 and My5 players.

I check through the schedule every few days, and record shows that might be OK, catch them later if needed. I have a bank of about a dozen recordings at any one time.

The Talking Pictures channel has lots of interesting shows -- looking back at yesteryear -- and so does the Yesterday channel (which actually has quite a few shows that are current!).

Thank you but I am watching the tennis and yes, other programmes instead of all the waffle. We have plenty of programmes recorded too.
I may even watch the football tonight - but not the endless waffle.

They have replied and told us to put it back to factory settings which means losing everything recorded.

I just watch the actual football but DP loves all the pundits and the before/after animated chat, think he almost prefers it to the footie😆

Oh what an emotional roller coaster.
The lads did good at some points and lost confidence a couple of times.
Spain the best team in the tournament, the best team won last night.
