It's a good job I have some dvds with films on, because there hasn't been anything on tv I have wanted to see for weeks and weeks.

Fantastic, my late husbnd would have been jumping up and down all over the house, he was a football fanatic and played football with the old football players of yesteryear back in the early 60's.

Our two sons also played for their City when they were in their early teens.

Everything now crossed for the final.

New government and hopefully England will become the new Euro winner. Let us hope things are now on the up and up.

I must say, although I do enjoy some sport on TV, I thought of trying BBC4 for a change yesterday evening, thinking there might be a nice railway, canal or coastal villages programme.

The BBC Proms start on 19 July and run until September.
I am willing to bet that, in common with previous years, no schedules will be disrupted to allow live transmission of any of the concerts.

I know prommers are a minority blah blah and sport is, supposedly, loved by all.
