International day of older people today

In my seventies - but don’t think they mean me!

Can't have been that great, never heard of it and it passed without me knowing, mind you I didn't get any cards or gifts either

Locally there is a day for older people locally, went last year and there were lots of organizations there . They were groups that people might not know about, with details about them and how to use their services if you felt you needed them.
I went last year (and am able to go again this year) it's no bad thing to showcase organizations that might be helpful, if not for us at the moment, maybe to friends, relatives or neighbours
