I like all veg but I.ll boil a pot full of sprouts ,have some with my meal and eat the rest one at a time every time I go in the kitchen….I do make special trips just for sprouts.My kids and 4 of my GC are the same one gd. Will eat a half cucumber like an apple .Sadly our 5 year old refuses anything that’s a vegetable on her plate and the baby is to young to get solids so we.ll hope she likes all veg like the rest of us

There are none that I dislike, although some I do prefer.
Love mushrooms, courgettes and sweetcorn.

Favourites - cauliflower, runner beans, mushrooms (not really a vegetable). Love so many more though, like aubergines, psb, brussels sprouts...

Least favourite - beetroot. There are no others I dislike.

Like everything when properly cooked, but not a fan of marrows or artichokes

I love green beans, runner, and French.
Peas.,broccoli.
Carrots. Cabbage. Kale. Chard.

Almost all except Aubergine.

Butternut Squash, Sweet potatoes,onions,peas

I like most vegetables with the exception of

Pumpkin
Kale
I have tried to find different ways of cooking them to see if it makes any difference - so far no luck!

I've seen them in the dislike list, but I really enjoy them.

I like them in a stir-fry. As someone else says though, they're another vegetable which is very easy to overcook.

I couldn't choose my favourites as I love most vegetables but the few I don't like at all are aubergines, artichokes and fennel.

I like them too, but especially in a stirfry. If they're steamed it's too easy to overcook them.

I said I dislike aubergine, but in truth I haven't tasted it in years, unless it was a concealed ingredient in a mixed dish. Perhaps I should try it again. Anybody got a suggestion of the best way to try it?

It seems that each vegetable is liked or disliked just about equally. I reckon it's all about how they are cooked. I have a friend who hated courgettes. It turned out she had only ever had them boiled. After eating them quartered and baked in the air fryer so they are crispy she has completely changed her mind!

Favourite - asparagus, globe artichoke, aubergine
Loathe - sweet peppers, kale

I love an ugly celeriac, that smooth texture with a sour back taste . Bok Choi , and a nice crisp London lettuce. I can’t abide asparagus . Some of this generation are put off some veg from overcooked offerings.

What a fascinating mixture of likes and dislikes!
I've changed mine over the years. I now like Brussels sprouts, which used to have rather rank taste when I was a child.
Top faves are
Runner beans from my garden, it's the only veg I grow
Savoy cabbage covered in gravy from the roast
Purple sprouting broccoli

Unfavourites
Kale
Ordinary green broccoli
Leeks except as a,soup ingredient

As the daughter of a greengrocer I can honestly say that there isn’t a vegetable I don’t like.

I love carrot and beetroot, both roasted
and all types of cabbage.

Not keen on asparagus or turnip
