Exercise classes

I’m due to start exercise class next week namely Pilates and suffer from gut problems I’m sure you can guess where this is going, while I really looking forward to going I’m going to be mortified if I break wind, has anyone else had this happen when in a class. The meds I’m on actually cause a lot of gas sadly
