Not where I am (outer SW London, where we have thick white cloud) ) but on the Gower peninsula, where dd and friends/family have gone for a long weekend. Clear blue skies, relatively warm, children (wet suited) all in the sea!

Our flowers are still quite pretty. Autumn at the odd tree with 2 colours flowers.

Yesterday was horrible here, damp, foggy then rain set in for the evening; but today has been glorious - mild and sunny, a beautiful autumn day.

I’m on holiday in south Devon, we were in Sidmouth today, a beautiful still and sunny day, and you could still feel the warmth in the sun - we sat outside to eat lunch, it was gorgeous.

Rain.. All day in the South.. But not cold. It's the rainy season now until January. Hate it!

Lovely here in the West Country too.

We did some gardening this afternoon, I tried to tackle a neglected shrub border and found these.

I thought at first it was cuckoo pint but did a search and found out it was stinking iris, also poisonous.
I never planted them so goodness knows where they appeared from.

We live up in mountains and our roses are about to flower, yet again.

I do particularly remember other such days, notably one 31st October at least 20 years ago, when we were visiting Polesden Lacy (NT) with adult dds. There was glorious sunshine and blue skies all day, and it was 71 deg! (old money).

The very next day, 1st November, a complete change, to wet and windy - proper autumnal weather.
