I love the idea of “Supergran” leaping to the rescue with my trusty chainsaw in hand but alas bring a total klutz with tools and implements I’d probably do more harm than good.

Whilst we own a chainsaw as have lots of large trees it is locked away in an outbuilding.

We have two chainsaws, battery operated. However, it would be pointless keeping them in the car to cut up fallen branches!
A fallen tree would take ages to cut up, you’d need to carry all your safety gear as well and being outside in gale conditions would also put you at risk.
Ridiculous idea.

I have the next best thing. A son with multiple chainsaws and various cutting equipment. He's an arborist
