No, I never turn up anywhere unannounced, ever. But if I must go round to one of our daughter I ask if I may.

I just wonder how relevant the average American will find her programmes. There seems to be s lot of poverty in the US. Will many of them be that interested in watching her drifting round her organic vegetables and cooking "with love" in a luxury kitchen? Harry doesn't seem to have made much impact with his own Polo documentaries, which is another luxury interest.

It all looks very beautiful, tasteful and healthy. Aspirational but, as you say Deedaa There seems to be s lot of poverty in the US.

Probably about as relevant as most found Nigella's programs with all the cream and expensive ingredients she employed. Full disclosure, I only watched one or two because they just weren't relevant to the way I cook, but I have friends who regularly watched Nigella knowing they would never replicate her offerings. They enjoyed the programs as a means of entertainment, not instruction.

Judging people is a natural human/ animal condition. It’s there to help us survive and thrive.

She is not my cup of tea. I think if you are doing a cooking show tie your hair up . All looks very staged and false, but I don't think I am the sort of person this programme is aimed at.
