I love the Gingsters (pasties)ad and also I think the Specsavers ads are really clever
The one that really gets to me is Andrex it’s just so weird
I’m not sure if we see the same adverts in all parts of the country 🤷‍♀️

For me the adverts are a good time to dash off to collect something, put the kettle on, find my glasses or usually put it on mute and look at the crossword. But from years ago the ones I hated were that stupid little girl saying in a naff voice "why are you hands so soft mummy?" ughable!! But oh I did love the adverts with Joan Collins and leonard Rossiter, such clever timing and made you smile every time. Didnt mind the black magi c man either, but that was about it.The mute button is a great help for me, as my back is bad, and when you had to get up to turn it off or down you heard too much of the rubbish. At the moment the minute the word Trump is heard or a picture of him is shown the mute is smartly used and my attention is turned to something more edifying!

I generally turn the sound off and flick through the channels to see if there is anything I would rather be watching or would like to watch later on.

I hardly ever remember what is being advertised so they are wasted on me.

The online bingo ones are a pain as they always tell people to be gamble aware, yet tell them how great Happy Tiger Bingo is and how many games they have.
