For me the adverts are a good time to dash off to collect something, put the kettle on, find my glasses or usually put it on mute and look at the crossword. But from years ago the ones I hated were that stupid little girl saying in a naff voice "why are you hands so soft mummy?" ughable!! But oh I did love the adverts with Joan Collins and leonard Rossiter, such clever timing and made you smile every time. Didnt mind the black magi c man either, but that was about it.The mute button is a great help for me, as my back is bad, and when you had to get up to turn it off or down you heard too much of the rubbish. At the moment the minute the word Trump is heard or a picture of him is shown the mute is smartly used and my attention is turned to something more edifying!
Am I being taken for granted, or is this just what being a grandparent is today?
The early release scheme it's a gimmick and helps no-one but criminals. Just build more prisons.
