The physios have just left, no major issues, they’re organising a couple of grab rails and a perching stool for the kitchen.

They’re also organising a second walking frame so I can have one upstairs and one downstairs.

I have climbed the stairs all by myself.

Lying on my own bed and feeling really good and really tired.

I’m sleeping like a baby, bladder is waking me when it needs to go and I’m able to take myself into the bathroom and deal with it. I was a bit worried about that after having the catheter in for so long but it’s been Ok after a couple of days before I left hospital.

I’ve spent a couple of hours on the phone to BT re-arranging the upgrade to full fibre. It had to be cancelled when I was in hospital due to them failing to turn up on the agreed date, for which they’ve actually paid a credit into my account without me even asking.

Thank the Lord for Newcastle lasses working in call centres and scattering common sense everywhere! As soon as I heard her voice I thought we’re sorted m and so it proved., 10 minutes and it’s all arranged. I need a nap.
