Any ideas? I’ve tried hotter, Clark’s, moshula and none are altogether suitable. I am six and a half, wide fitting and definitely want leather!

Sorry, I meant Rieker sandals, though I have trainers too!

Hi. Andrea Conti. Soft leather and a wide fit. They are scrumptious. You can buy from House of Briar or Amazon.

I have a pair of Hotter Flare/Flair? Sandals. Very comfy, but they make an irritating flap flap sound when I am walking. I prefer my quiet Ecco lace up trainers.

Another vote for sketchers sandals, I have two pairs, several lightweight trainers and one pair of their winter boots.

All very comfy.

But no use at all if your feet need support or you have to wear orthotics.

Do you know the width of your feet ? Shoes / sandals come in different widths. I was a size width EEE I've recently had swollen feet and had to buy a pair of boots from Pavers in width 6E . I like the sandals with adjustable straps .
Pavers do some in 2E to 4E and 6E to 8E widths .

I have just bought these from Hotter. They are called Catskill and cone in a variety of colours in nubuck and wide fittings (extra wide EEE in tan and blue)
£89 and feel very comfortable

I ordered some of those in the pink colour.
Unfortunately they didn't fit my odd feet.
It's hard to recommend shoes because of sizing differences.
We have very few shoe shops locally and they never stock the wide fittings.
I am always careful to order from companies with free returns as I am rarely lucky with fit and comfort.

Has anyone tried the barefoot shoes or sandals? I have seen them advertised but have many reservations about trying them.

My daughter likes them.
I haven't tried them.
