I haven’t been to a lot of them but the three favourite ones I have actually spent time in and loved would be
Venice
Bergen and
Budapest. For different reasons.

We were in Mdina in May one year when it holds its medieval festival, absolutely stunning.

Venice, Vienna, Amsterdam.

I’d like to sneak London in as well, but don’t want to miss out any of the other three.

If I could have another three...

TerriBull Wed 21-May-25 09:49:37

I second the Iguazu Falls, I'd put it number 1 as the most spectacular place I've ever seen. Long way from Europe thoughsad

GrannyGravy13 Wed 21-May-25 09:58:06

Can I add more to my list please?

TerriBull Wed 21-May-25 10:16:50

It didn't occur to me to add a UK city, but I do regard London, having worked and lived there, an extraordinary city, wonderful theatres art galleries, museums, beautiful skyline looking from Waterloo to St Paul's particularly at night and the parks especially Richmond, Bushy and St James's I spent a lot of time in those 3, love them, and other green spaces like Hampstead Heath all combine to make it world class
