Me too. I should’ve been born in Harrogate, but Mum came up to Durham to see her family before Christmas ‘50 and (family illness) ended up staying until after I’d been born.

I’m from SW London, but just back from a visit to family in the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales, so I’ll raise a 🥂to that!

DH born in the North Riding, proud Yorkshire man. We grow the white rose City of York in our garden.

I have a daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren in Yorkshire. What a beautiful county it is. I will be there again in a few weeks time and can't wait. Happy Yorkshire Day to the lovely people who are lucky enough to live there. X
